A. We accept cheques or postal orders payable to 'Pink Chameleon'.
Q. How long before items are delivered?
A. Goods will normally be despatched within 5 working days from clearance of payment. Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery will be used, which will require a signature on receipt. An email will be sent to you when the goods have been despatched. Please inform us if goods do not arrive within 7 days and we will contact Royal Mail.

Q. What if I don’t like the jewellery when I receive it?
A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange return. Once the goods have been received by us your money will be refunded (minus postage costs). This does not apply to earrings, which cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged in transit. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Q. What if the item is damaged or faulty?
A. Products that are deemed faulty upon receipt can be returned for replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
A. If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging and receipt). Postage return at customer’s own expense. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Q. How will my jewellery be presented?
A. A velvet presentation bag is included with the items along with a card describing where the item is made.
A. Post and packing starts at £2.50 for 1st class recorded delivery. Prices vary according to parcel weight. Please go to the checkout for the charges incurred by your order or e-mail us for further information.
Q. What are the earring wires made of?
A. If the earring wires are silver in colour they are sterling silver.
Q. What length are the bracelets and necklaces?
A. They vary in length depending on the design. If you need to know a length please e-mail us for advice. Many necklaces have extender chains on them so you can vary the length to suit what you are wearing.

Q. Where does the jewellery come from?
A. All the jewellery is made at NightLight Design in Bangkok, Thailand. The women who work there have all formerly worked in one of the red light areas of Bangkok.

Q. How is the jewellery fairly traded?
A. All the women who work for NightLight Design are paid a fair wage for the work they do. They are looked after holistically and supported physically, emotionally and spiritually. They work in clean air conditioned offices and are provided with a hot meal each day.
